Nishati Initiative East Africa (NIEA) is a not-for-profit, non-government, social impact-driven organisation that is focused on the capacity building of women and youth-owned businesses in the Ugandan energy sector that are socially and economically disadvantaged, through creating linkages between host communities in these areas and national & regional supply chains across various other sectors including the vocational and agricultural sectors (sustainable agricultural practices such as climate resistant agriculture)
